Murrieta
Alta Murrieta
An established neighborhood with mature landscaping, community parks, and strong school access. A family-friendly choice with a welcoming atmosphere.
Bear Creek
Gated community of about 621 homes with a private Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Golf club membership is separate from the Master Association, and some homes also sit in a sub-association, so HOA costs vary by property.
